Rood en Wit has a long and great history of producing top quality cricket players. Over the past few years, the club has seen a resurgence in its first team and ladies team. The club is looking to capitalize on this success and build for a strong, sustainable and successful future. The club plays competitive cricket in the Hoofdklasse and currently has players representing national Cricket teams.

 Pay Rate-  negotiable

Contract term - (April 2024 – Sept 2024)

 The Position Job Overview:

We are looking for a committed, experienced and enthusiastic Player Coach to join our volunteer coaches who work on a range of programmes throughout the year.

These programmes include:

• Coach our Selections teams

• Coach our Youth Section (8-18 years old)

• Drive the development of our Youth and Senior section. 

• Represent our first team in all fixtures.

 The programmes take place throughout the year and if you are qualified to Level 3 (minimum) and have a passion for helping to develop cricketers.

The Coach

 The successful candidate will have the following experience/skills/qualities or be willing to work towards:

•         Qualified to Level 3 or equivalent (desirable)

•         Current Safeguarding and First Aid qualifications

•         Experience in working with children in a coaching environment

•         Recent experience playing First-class level cricket.

•         Speaker of Dutch or English language
